Initial Screening Interview
Once your application is reviewed and all requirements are complete, you'll receive an email with a calendar link to schedule your interview with our HR Team.

STEP 03
Skills Assessment
Applicants who pass the screening will complete a short creative activity to assess your design thinking and skills using Canva.

STEP 04
Panel Interview
Shortlisted candidates will participate in a panel interview with our CEO alongside other finalists. Come prepared — this is a high-level conversation.

VA Training & Internship

Your Growth Journey at EGS

VA Training Program

A focused two-week program to prepare you to operate at the highest standard as an EGS Virtual Assistant.

Duration: 2 Weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM MST

Internship Program

Two weeks of hands-on experience to build real-world confidence and client-readiness.

Refine and present your portfolio and résumé
Participate in mock interviews with existing or prospective clients
Shadow our Virtual Assistants in their daily routines to gain real-world insight into client work, workflows, and expectations
